The Delaware Department of Transportation is seeking one (1) consulting engineering firm to assist in performing independent cost estimates, CPM schedules, and constructability reviews for CM/GC and Design/Bid/Build (DBB) highway and bridge projects. Assignments will be on a task order basis for a five (5) year term. The selected firm shall be able to perform all related services required to complete the assigned tasks. It is preferred, though not required, that the firm have experience serving in the role of independent cost estimator (ICE) for CM/GC projects and/or that key personnel have experience working for highway and bridge contractors. If the prime consultant does not have these capabilities in-house, they may utilize Department approved subconsultants to assist in completing tasks requiring these services.
