The purpose of this contract is to establish a reliable source for the supply and delivery of commercial-grade ice cream products to designated State of Delaware agencies and school districts. The awarded vendor(s) shall provide a variety of ice cream items that meet quality, safety, and nutritional standards, and ensure timely delivery throughout the contract period. • Portion size: Frozen desserts should be limited to 3 fluid ounces per serving • Red Dye 40 is prohibited per Delaware SB 69 effective 7/1/25. With full compliance by 7/1/26. • Sugar content: No more than 35% of total calories from sugar or other sweeteners • Fat content: o No more than 8 grams of fat per serving, and/or o 35% or less of total calories from fat o 10% or less of total calories from saturated fat o Zero trans-fat per serving
