Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Vendor shall provide the following services under this contract: 1. Operational Plan: Provide an operational plan that best meets the stated objectives and needs of NCDOP, including proposer’s quality assurance plan, staffing and personnel plan. 2. Items for Sale: Offer and provide approximately one hundred fifty (150) items available for purchase by inmates’ friends and family through this program, in accordance with its accepted Proposal Price List, which shall include items of the same type, quantity and quality as the Sample Product List (Attachment #2). No substitutions or deviations of items shall be made without the prior approval of the Department. Order form and website should indicate items that are microwavable. 3. Posters: Provide each of the correctional facilities and locations with a minimum of twenty-five (25) posters, 11”x17” in size to be used as advertisement for the program. Posters shall be delivered no later than October 1, 2010. Locations of all NC DOC facilities can be found at http://www.doc.state.nc.us/dop/index.htm. 4. Order Forms: Provide all of the correctional facilities and locations with order forms (to show the seal of the Department of Correction) showing all of the items available for purchase, shipping charge and the prices of those items by October 1, 2010. The quantity of forms delivered shall equal 2 ½ times the population at the given location, except that the eight (8) processing facilities shall receive a quantity equal to three (3) times their population. The order forms shall fit into No. 10 standard envelopes
