1. Provide all labor, material, trucking, equipment, dumpsters/disposal, hoisting, power, temporary facilities, permit fees, supervision, layout, maintenance of traffic/traffic control, clean up, etc. for the complete performance of all demolition work as included within the scope and specifications. This contract is responsible for the complete Demolition and Removal of the existing Hodgson HS and all demolition notes and Attachments that relate to this scope of work. Coordination of onsite utilities and disconnecting/capping of water, irrigation, electric and other identified utilities is the responsibility of this contractor. 2. This Contractor MUST attend the Mandatory Pre-Bid meeting as identified in Section 001116 Invitation to Bid. Attendance at this meeting is a prerequisite for bidding on this contract. 3. Note: Included in the contract documents for this project are the drawings of the existing HS for your reference. 4. This contractor shall be responsible to communicate and coordinate with the CM and the asbestos abatement contractor as it relates to demolishing portions of the structure that have been abated.
