a. Engineering and CM for a new 15/28 MVA LTC transformer meeting IEEE C57 standards, to be procured by the City. b. Perform detailed electrical, civil, and structural engineering to design a new transformer pad with integrated oil containment pit. Design shall account for transformer footprint, load capacity, and cable routing. c. Provide demolition/removal of the existing pad and construction of the new pad. Include removal of the existing transformer and oversight of installation of the proposed transformer. d. Ensure containment pit and pad design meet all applicable DNREC, EPA, and local environmental regulations. e. Perform all factory and field acceptance testing per IEEE standards and pertinent site design studies, including soil resistivity testing, lightning protection, and grounding coordination. f. Deliver as-built drawings (digital + hard copy), O&M manuals, and test reports. g. Assist with finalization of transformer specification, review of vendor drawings, and confirmation of compatibility with foundation design and substation infrastructure.
