Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to obtain sealed proposals for Grounds Maintenance Service. It is the goal of this Request for Proposal to identify a vendor(s) and execute a contract to maintain grounds, at the Owens Campus in Georgetown, DE and other properties owned by DTCC (Sussex County Airpark, and Williams Conference Center in Millsboro, DE). Services provided shall include all labor, materials, equipment and supplies necessary to maintain the campus in the highest standards of workmanship. The contract includes all items as stipulated in the general bid package for that parcel of land lying within the boundaries of: State Route 18 on the north a six (6) foot cyclone fence, parallel to Route 113 on the east state road 520 on the west and state road 519 on the south. Contract to include interior courtyards of both Jason Technology Center and the Arts & Science Center. Off-site grounds included in the contract are those parcels of land within the Sussex County Airpark, designated as Truck Driver Training, the Aviation Maintenance Technology Building, and the Williams House property at 105 State Street Millsboro, DE 19966
