Specifications include, but are not limited to: The New Castle County Vocational Technical School District (NCCVT) is seeking a qualified firm interested in contracting with the District to provide environmental consulting services. These services include but are not limited to asbestos and lead paint/water testing, air quality testing, and consulting, AHERA compliance surveys, indoor air quality reviews and resolutions, environmental and industrial hygiene testing and monitoring, Laboratory Analysis, environmental due diligence services (Phase I, II ESAs), storage tank compliance services, construction management, design of remediation specifications, cost estimates, and environmental training at all schools in the district.
