● Provide Enrichment and Extended Learning activities , from the hours of 9AM – 4PM on identified days of the week. ● Develop and deliver engaging, age-appropriate enrichment sessions in their area of expertise (e.g., STEM, arts, physical fitness, etc.). ● Provide qualified, experienced facilitators with appropriate credentials or background in their field. ● Ensure facilitators have experience working with youth and are capable of creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment. ● Maintain appropriate staff-to-student ratios, as agreed upon in the contract or program guidelines. ● Provide all necessary materials, supplies, and equipment for their sessions unless otherwise agreed upon. ● Communicate promptly regarding any schedule changes, staff substitutions, or incidents. ● Deliver services on time and according to the agreed schedule. ● Notify program staff in advance of any potential disruptions to service delivery. ● Maintain current public liability insurance coverage for all participants, per the contact ● Ensure that all staff working in schools are in compliance with state regulations regarding criminal background checks and child safety checks at not cost to the district
