Facilitate the review and analysis of hospital budgets, including, but not limited to: • financial information, • scope and volume of services, • utilization information, • proposed hospital services and programming, • projected capital plans, • contract information, and • audited financial documents. 2. Provide subject matter expertise and national/regional context with regard to business acumen and fiscal operations of the healthcare industry. 3. Project management support, including the development of, or assistance developing, templates, manuals, reports, and other documentation. 4. Data collection and analytic services including actuarial and health economic services. 5. Stakeholder engagement with hospitals and health systems.
