Specifications include, but are not limited to: First, the DWDB is requesting a gap analysis of wraparound services and service providers in and around Delaware Promise Communities. By conducting a gap analysis of wraparound services, we hope to identify opportunities to strategically address employment barriers and inequitable access to sustainable employment, especially for individuals in Promise Communities. Additionally, the gap analysis will identify opportunities for employers and training programs to partner or collaborate with wraparound service providers to effectively meet the needs of the workforce. Second, the DWDB is requesting an assessment of innovation and entrepreneurship assets in Delaware, including mechanisms to access capital and equity financing to support business development and expansion, and identify gaps in access to capital for underserved rural and urban communities.
