The Vendor(s) shall provide all equipment, materials and labor to supplement the Delaware Technical and Community College’s need for DTCC2508-GARAGE as described herein. The College is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide inspection, maintenance, repair, and replacement services for garage and overhead doors across multiple campus locations. The successful contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, equipment, materials, transportation, supervision, and expertise necessary to perform the services described herein. The contract will require the Vendor(s) to cooperate with the ordering agency to insure the Delaware Technical and Community College receives the most current state-of-the-art material and/or services.
