• Provide an e-commerce-like platform for Delaware teachers to craft project descriptions for literacy-related projects (classroom needs) for up to a certain dollar amount (likely $750 max) • Host the platform and provide support for educators in accessing platform (i.e. develop guidance documents, virtual meetings) • Support marketing campaign (social media, email communications, etc.) • Provide ongoing technical assistance for educators • Manage the data from the requests, and share with the State team • Provide the purchasing mechanism – i.e. the vendor would be the entity purchasing the books, bookshelves, etc. that teachers request for their classrooms • Ensure shipments reach the respective schools/classrooms • Bill the State as the projects are fulfilled
