Specifications include, but are not limited to: Sussex County Assessment Department is soliciting proposals from vendors capable of satisfying Sussex County’s needs for workflow management software to streamline change of ownership process. The vendor must have the ability to integrate with various applications in the change of ownership process by the Assessment Department. The anticipated scope of work includes, but is not limited to: 1. Direct integration with Assessment Department’s CAMA database (Tyler IasWorld) to eliminate keying from the change of ownership process. 2. Direct integration with the Recorder of Deeds database (Landmark) to manage workflow between Assessment Department and GIS/Mapping Division. 3. Machine Learning and Language processing to provide best practice workflow for change of ownership. 4. Ownership and sales data extracted so staff can shift focus from data entry to quality control. 5. Match deed information by lot/parcels and metes and bounds to ensure accuracy. 6. Pre-filter out irrelevant documents using algorithms.
