Specifications include, but are not limited to: The successful bidder(s) will coordinate all recruitment activities, including but not limited to: • Recruit, initiate and convene local advisory group(s) to include foster parents, foster youth and Division staff; these groups may be county specific and/or statewide, to be determined in collaboration with the Division and terms set by contract. • Collaborating with Division staff to develop and maintain an events calendar that includes all activities in which the recruitment program will participate. • Lead or facilitate community outreach, including public presentations • Develop press releases and public service announcements as needed • Develop and execute social media strategies • Work with local direct mail/advertising associations • Develop and maintain recruitment materials • Act as the “best practice” resource for the state by staying current on recruitment and retention research • Promote creative and innovative recruitment activities and strategies • Surveying stakeholders for feedback • Assist with any Division led initiatives around recruitment and retention of foster families. • Collaborate with the Division to track and improve activities within the Foster and Adoptive Parent Marketing, Recruitment and Retention Plan • Conduct internal quality assurance activities to inform and improve service delivery.
