Specifications include, but are not limited to: The site scope of work includes replacement of the existing parking lot, curbing, and plaza in front of the building. Work also includes installation of a new sidewalk network, ADA accessible building ramps, and refurbishing the xisting loading dock to the rear of the building. Utilities including site electric water, and communications will also be installed during construction. Landscaping will be installed in the limits depicted on the plan. All necessary earthwork and erosion and sediment controls are included as part of the project. The demolition existing building systems and interior walls and finishes. The recladding of the exterior façade with concrete wall panels with a rainscreen system, new windows and doors and reroofing. The installation of a new elevator and new stair towers. Remove all the existing mechanical and plumbing from the building and below the slab. Install all the new sub-slab piping including all stub-ups, which shall be capped. Remove all of the existing power, ligh ing, and fire alarm devices and equipment from the building except for main servic Panel P and branch circuit Panel G. Panel G will power the temporary string construction lighting if Alternates 1 and 2 are not accepted. Junction boxes and conduit fo future power, lighting, fire alarm, and security devices will be installed around the building perimeter and in the new stair towers. A lightning protection system will be in talled on the roof with associated down conductors and ground rods.
