The Delaware Air National Guard (DEANG) has a requirement for the installation of Base Paging. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supplies, materials, appliances, transportation, and perform all work (including work of an incidental nature) for the intended work on DEANG. The Contractor shall complete the work in strict accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW), specifications and drawings and subject to the terms and conditions of the contract.

This will be a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. This acquisition is currently being set aside for a small business, however, in the event there are not enough responses from responsible, capable small businesses, within budget then large business responses will be considered.
Funds are not presently available for this contract. Currently, the Government anticipates funds will be available prior to the contract award. This action has been identified on the National Guard priority list for award if funds become available and the prices received are within an awardable range. In accordance with AFARS 5132.702 (a)(ii)(A), this requirement is included or provided for in the financial plan for FY22.
