Specifications include, but are not limited to: Banking services sought shall include, but are not limited to, various depository and disbursement services, which shall be compatible with Sussex County's County-wide ERP system. It is intended that one (1) commercial banking institution be selected to perform the requested services. The criteria for selection contained in the Request for Proposals ("RFP") shall include the following which are listed in order of importance: capacity to perform required services, price (including cost of services and rates of return), ability to go beyond minimum requirements, financial strength, experience and reputation, location of firm, community involvement in Sussex County and distribution of work.
