The State of Delaware is seeking qualified vendors to provide comprehensive aircraft and avionics maintenance and repair services for aircraft operated by the Delaware State Police and Delaware State University. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to: • Routine and preventative aircraft maintenance • Rebuilding, alterations, and overhaul of airframes, engines, rotors, and components • Avionics repair, installation, and servicing • Access to hangar facilities during the performance of work Services may also encompass inspection, testing, painting, and servicing of aircraft systems and parts. The selected contractor will support the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of state-owned aircraft through timely and professional service delivery.
