Services being sought under this scope of work are related to the planning, design, safety, outreach, and technical review of TA, PAR, and Bicycle/Pedestrian Pool Programs and other Planning Projects. Specific task may include but might not be limited to the following: 3.1. Assisting with the promotion and further development of the TA Program by helping Department staff identify potential TA projects and project sponsors. 3.2. Assisting with the promotion and further development of the Bicycle/Pedestrian Pool Program by helping Department staff further or define priorities, scopes, and limits to identified locations or selected projects. 3.3. Assisting with the implementation of the ADA Self-Assessment and Transition Plan. 3.4. Assist ATCC staff and others in the DelDOT Right of Way and Team Support to execute right of way and to secure easements for its bicycle, sidewalk, and other non-motorized transportation tasks. 3.5. Assist in Planning Studies, Safety Reports, Safe Routes to School, educational outreach, and development of Action Plans and Reporting for non-motorized transportation needs. 3.6. Preparing conceptual designs and cost estimates for potential or identified projects. 3.7. Preparing preliminary, semi-final, and final design plans for Department administered projects.
