Delaware State University (DSU) is launching its Program Prioritization Initiative, a comprehensive review and enhancement of its academic programs. Its purpose is to ensure that critical decisions about academic programs and resource allocation are aligned with institutional mission and strategic goals. It involves assessing the value, quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of each program, ultimately guiding resource allocation and institutional improvement.
