Specifications include, but are not limited to: Renovation of a single-story masonry building that is approximately 3,427 GSF located at 106 Spring Street in Seaford Delaware. The renovation shall include site work consisting of but not limited to concrete curb installation, trash enclosure and concrete pad, equipment concrete pad, handicap ramp into the building, water service installation from curb stop, sewer lateral coordination and installation, and line abandonment, creation of new production and tasting areas, new interior finishes, insulation of attic space and furring of exterior walls, addition of a handicap toilet, installation of floor and trench drains, wood stud and drywall assemblies, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, asphaltic roof replacement and overhead door repairs as show in the construction documents. The Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, equipment, tools, materials, and incidentals, and shall perform all operations required to completely finish all of the work in the manner approved by the Architect.
