Specifications include, but are not limited to: Phase 1-Conference Room– Build a new wall with a door, relocate a light fixture, and install signs, including 2 new exit signs.Phase 2-Break Room – Remove existing carpet, install new vinyl luxury tile. Install new cabinets & counter. New counter sink and exhaust fan ducted to exterior. Provide enclosed sewage ejector pump with drain up to above ceiling and to existing drain system at front of building. Remove/relocate existing grilles & ductwork. Provide new ceiling HVAC cassette system with exterior heat pump system on concrete pad. Relocate lights & install new outlets.Phase 3-Food Pantry – Demolish existing wall & build a new wall with door & borrowed light. Demolish part of existing cabinets/counter and install new counter ADA sink. Relocate/add lights, diffusers, and return grilles at existing ceiling. Add/relocate various devices and add data port. Relocate electric baseboard. At nearby hall, demolish existing double egress doors & frames; replace with set of double doors and frame with removable mullion and card reader. Provide new sidewalk w/ curb cut and HC stripping at rear parking area. Coordinate work with University subcontractors.
