Contractor will supply and install a standby generator system to include: GENERATOR • One (1) Kohler Model # 150REOZJF, 150KW, 1800RPM, 277/480V, 3 phase, diesel powered generator • Weather proof, lockable enclosure • Factory limited warranty MECHANICAL INSTALLATION CONSISTING OF: • Delivery to jobsite and offloading • Removing and disposal of existing generator • Crane rigging new generator into place. • Group 24 Battery • Unit activation, warranty registration, start-up, and test by factory certified technician • National Fire Protection Act (NFPA) requires a minimum of 5’ to any window/door/wall opening, in addition to manufacturers installation requirements ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION CONSISTING OF: • Obtain Town planning and zoning approval, as required • Obtain Town electrical permits, as required • Disconnection of wiring on existing generator • Make all connections in new generator • Energize the existing emergency panel • Based on utilizing existing wiring and transfer switch • Arrange and coordinate electrical inspections with Town
