Specifications include, but are not limited to: The General Contractor shall provide skilled trades persons able to perform tasks for individual Work Orders requiring construction and renovation work including but not limited to: layout and framing of walls, wallboard installation, acoustical ceiling installations, doors and related hardware installations, installation of laboratory casework and work surfaces, masonry, drywall finishing and painting, electrical and plumbing services, sheet metal and HVAC services. The University shall appoint a Contract Administrator, all contact and communication with the University shall be through the Contract Administrator, or his/her designee. The Contract Administrator or designee shall observe the work of the General Contractor during the duration of the work, and at conclusion of the work to confirm that the work has been performed in accordance with the requirements of the contract and the individual work order.
