• Project Advisory Committees o Consultant will lead Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) facilitating 5 meetings throughout the duration of the study. o Assist MetroCOG and Groundwork Bridgeport in establishing and engaging the Community Advisory Committees (CAC) across 5 meetings for the duration of the study. Engagement with residents of the East End and East Side communities at public meetings is also required. o Attend and present at advisory committee meetings and other milestone meetings to inform and receive feedback from project stakeholders. o Support the development of committee meeting agendas, minutes, and other resources for distribution to stakeholders. o Gather and synthesize feedback and comments derived from advisory committee meetings and provide to relevant project team partners. Information should be integrated into the study process where applicable and appropriate. • Public Outreach o Assist MetroCOG, City of Bridgeport, and Groundwork Bridgeport in crafting a public engagement strategy. Consultant must also provide relevant project information to be publicly hosted on a project website via Engage Bridgeport (https://engage.bridgeportct.gov), ESRI Hub or a discussed equivalent. o Attend and present at select community engagement events ensuring stakeholders understand the historical use, current challenges, and future visions of the study area.
