The Shelton Fire Department uses Scott 4.5 SCBA with 45-minute bottle REQUIREMENTS: • Must be located within the State of Connecticut within (75) driving miles of the City of Shelton • Must be capable of providing “on-site” services as requested. • Provide price breakdown of all SCBA components parts including but not limited to Harness, High- and Low-Pressure Regulator, AV 3000 Mask Components, and back frame • Service, Testing and Repair: # of units 120, 6 RIT Packs and 6 Scott Pac Trackers • Posi Check Flow Test • Labor for Service • In-house Repairs • Shop -Bench Fee’s • Milage Charge • Pick up & Deliver Charges • Parts Discount • Hydro Bottle Test • SCBA Air Refill • Scott AV3000 – 4 strap replacement
