Specifications include, but are not limited to: Departments that require card/coin-operated copiers for public use: Town Clerk’s Office and Vault - two (2) copiers shall be beveled edge copiers to accommodate copying from books and shall be capable of copying pages ranging from 8½” x 11” to 11” x 17” in size, without the binding being damaged. Tax Assessor’s Office - one (1) copier capable of auto duplexing. Building Inspector’s Office - two (2) copiers. Land Use - one (1) copier. Environmental Health - one (1) copier. The Town reserves the right to change the location/number of copiers during the term(s) of the Contract. All copiers shall: - Have a reduction mode and be able to produce standard copy sizes 8½” x 11”, 8½” x 14”, and 11” x 17”. - Have three (3) paper cassettes/trays to be capable of switching from 8½” x 11” to 8½” x 14” and 11” x 17” automatically. - Be rated at a speed of at least fifteen (15) copies per minute. - Include a snap-in toner cartridge, a straight-line paper path, and a clamshell body to allow easy access in case of any jams. - Be equipped with paper trays to accommodate 8½” x 11”, 8½” x 14”, and 11” x 17” paper. - Be at a handicap-accessible height. - Have a bypass mode for copying. - Be equipped with payment components that accept cash (bills/coins) and/or credit cards.
