Specifications include, but are not limited to: All locations will be mowed at intervals determined by the Town. (See area list.) Mowing intervals may vary due to weather conditions or special events. The mowing season is scheduled from approximately April 1st through November 15th. The following specifications will be adhered to: 1. Grass shall be mowed to a height of 2-3" – as directed by Town staff. 2. With each mowing, all edges will be left neat and trim. Use of herbicides to facilitate trimming may be allowed, but only with the Town’s approval. 3. Marring of trees, shrubbery and other vegetation by equipment is unacceptable. 4. Removal of all litter and debris is required prior to each mowing. Bagging of such debris during mowing operations is acceptable. Under no circumstances will litter or mowing debris be left on the property. 5. All clippings must be cleared off all sidewalks, driveways, streets, etc. Clippings on lawn areas must be adequately dispersed so as to leave a neat appearance.
