Specifications include, but are not limited to: Perform and initial inspection of each property with the homeowner and determine the extent of work necessary to eliminate the emergency condition and allow continued occupancy of the property. Prepare detailed specifications, itemized cost estimates, and working drawings as necessary within 24 hours of the initial inspection or as otherwise required by the Town. The specifications and drawings will be used as part of a bid and contract package. Conduct a contractor walk-through to discuss work required, answer questions and revise scope as necessary. Provide technical assistance to the Program including review of submitted bids and review of any proposed change orders.
