Specifications include, but are not limited to:. The Hartford Public Schools (HPS) System requires a contractor to transport students to and from designated points in Hartford and outside the city limits to various schools and facilities in Hartford and outside the city limits. This shall be Regular Ed cluster stop service and door-todoor service in a 3-tier transportation system. All proposals must include pricing and the means to transport athletics and field trips. The Contractor shall also be required to provide field trip services for those students that require special education/special needs transportation. The Services will be broken down into (4) parts, Regular Ed, Group I (mostly in town SPED), Group II (Mostly out of town SPED), and Monitors.
