The Scope of work to be provided includes professional services to design, manage, and coordinate the technical elements of the work as described but not necessarily limited to: 1.1 Project Management Conduct periodic Project Development Team meetings as required to maintain project delivery schedule. Coordinate the work of sub-consultants. Prepare a monthly progress report along with invoicing for work performed by the consultants and sub-consultants. Provide documented Quality Control/Quality Assurance review of all project deliverables. Ensure schedule of work meets or exceeds all milestones, from inception to completion of project. 1.2 Surveys/Mapping Utilize existing mapping, aerials, and surveys whenever possible. Research deeds and surveys to show legal boundaries, property lines, easements, and encumbrances. Plot existing utilities and irrigation facilities conflicting with the project in plan and profile view. Plot right of way and temporary construction easements. Obtain field surveys and stake proposed project limits, existing right of way and project improvements as necessary for design purposes. 1.3 Field Investigations/Geotechnical Research (Roundabout Location Only) Review available reports/documents from the County and adjacent projects, perform soil boring sampling and testing to classify soil in the area of construction; establish soil bearing capacity.
