The resulting contract will service a broad population which includes wards of the State. It is essential that the
awarded contractor(s) provide uninterrupted levels of service, food products and immediate response time and
remedies whenever necessary for the safety of all parties.
Products: Contractor shall deliver products that are fresh, high in quality and are in compliance with all USDA,
US Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP), State and local food
codes, regulations and guidelines for food handling practices during all stages of manufacturing, processing,
distribution and storage.
