Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Prepare a situational analysis of the jurisdiction’s Getting to Zero service delivery opportunities • Develop a comprehensive program of community engagement to assure partnership with contracted HIV treatment and care providers, community entities, and local stakeholders impacted by HIV • Design and implement programmatic activities to address identified strategies, activities and outcomes • Develop and implement a performance monitoring plan for Getting to Zero initiatives • Support the Project Director with the planning and delivery of services that support Getting to Zero initiatives • Participate in local coalitions to facilitate community engagement, build organizational capacity, and meet community engagement goals • Maintain relationships with HRSA and CDC leadership, and other G57 jurisdictions engaged in federal Ending the HIV Epidemic activities • Develop and present Getting to Zero-specific training and educational programming for agencies and community stakeholders • Maintain and update the jurisdiction’s Getting to Zero plan and provide annual updates to the Ryan White planning body and general public regarding progress toward identified goals • Articulate the vision and strategic direction for programs for internal and external partners. Coordinate the development of social media/marketing initiatives to inform the Getting to Zero activities • Additional technical assistance as required by the Project Director
