Specifications include, but are not limited to: Perform all weekly and monthly tasks (as stated in Exhibit E, Task and Frequency Schedule; Buildings numbers 1, 2, 3 to include the Gym, 8, 15, 16, 17, 19, 20 Guard Shack, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 35, 77 & 78. Excluding building 18; Sweep floors with a treated dust mop to remove all dirt, dust, trash particles and other debris. Contractor shall utilize a synthetic mildly abrasive pad (or equivalent) to remove all scuff marks, scars, streaks, spills, stains, gum, tar and other foreign substances. Contractor may use a putty scraper with a metal blade to remove gum; Use cleaning solutions appropriate for the type of floor surface and mix all cleaning solutions according to the manufacturer’s directions;
