Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Work with the Town, the Board of Education, HSBC, the Architect, and the CM/GC to provide oversight, consultation and advice in the development, planning, project management, design, estimating, construction, commissioning, and closeout of the Project. 2. Oversee the CM/GC and Architect’s development of programs, policies and procedures in order to maximize Project reimbursement from the State of Connecticut ("State") Department of Administrative Services’ Division of Construction Services’ Office of School Facilities throughout the duration of the Project. 3. Provide ongoing professional input on the CM/GC’s master budget and schedule for the Project; monitor and report regularly. 4. Work with the Safety and Security (sub) Committee to ensure compliance with Public Act 13-3. 5. Work with Town, CM/GC, HSBC, the Commissioning Agent (CxA) and the Architect to ensure accurate development of standards for materials, systems, controls, equipment and furnishings.
