Trucks must be equipped with hoist, snowplow and all equipment satisfactory to the Department of Public Works. All equipment must be mechanically sound and in compliance with all applicable Federal, State, and Municipal regulations in force throughout the contract period, and must not have been cited for safety violations within the thirty (30) days prior to the submittal date. b.
