The City of Norwich and the Norwich Community Development Corporation are seeking proposals for design and engineering services to coordinate and implement improvements to the following properties. Funding for this project has been made available through two rounds of CT DECD Community Investment Fund 2030 grant awards totaling $5,920,000 in construction funding with a goal of promoting economic development and public access to the Norwich Waterfront.
