To furnish waste removal services to the indicated communities for the control of the accumulation of trash, rubbish or debris in storage areas and individual and large containers for periodic removal as specified herein. 2.1 Trash removal service is to be performed as noted on the attached list of communities and locations. 2.2 The contractor shall dispose of all waste materials in a manner approved by the Town of Manchester, the State of Connecticut and the United States Environmental Protection Agency as appropriate and acceptable to MHA. The Authority shall be held harmless of any liability for hazardous materials not originating from any of its residential sites which may be hauled by the contractor in its vehicles.
