The contractor shall furnish all labor, material, equipment, transportation and supervision to provide an artistically design, create, and install durable museum quality displays that effectively and impactfully showcase the history, traditions, and pride of the United States Coast Guard Band. Installation will occur across approximately 5,000sf of concrete block walls on the first floor of Leamy Hall, US Coast Guard Academy, New London, CT. The selected vendor/contract shall:
- Incorporate digital and physical assets provided by the Band for various types of displays including, but not limited to: ADA informational signs, motion graphics, dimensional lettering, digital signboards, and vinyl wall wraps with display cases incorporated into presentation.
- Be available for ongoing, on-site consultation and planning.
- Have experience working with Coast Guard assets and full understanding of Coast Guard Heraldry.
- Have at least 10 years’ experience in graphic design, creation, and installation of projects and have completed large-scale projects locally that are available for review by Band design committee.
- Collaborate with Band design team on all phases of project and shall not progress from design to production to installation without approval from Band design team.
- Be capable of completing installation within 4 months after contract award.
