The project shall be for the complete reappraisal of all taxable real estate and exempt real estate within the corporate limits of the Town of Manchester, Connecticut, as of October 1, 2026, as described below. This revaluation is subsequent to the Town of Manchester’s last revaluation as of October 1, 2021, pursuant to the requirements of Section 12-62 of Connecticut General Statutes. A. All taxable real estate, land, buildings, and improvements. B. All exempt real estate, land, buildings, and improvements. C. All public utility land, buildings and improvements. All work to be carried out in this project and all forms, materials, and supplies utilized in this project shall conform to and be executed in accordance with the requirements of the Secretary of the Office of Policy and Management and the Connecticut General Statutes pertaining hereto, and shall be subject to the direct supervision and approval of the ASSESSOR and of the Town of Manchester, Connecticut.
