● Snow removal from all driveways, access roads, and parking lots at the following locations: ● Torrington High School/Middle School/Central Administration (50 Major Besses Drive) ● Torringford School (800 Charles Street) ● Fast Academy School (500 Migeon Ave) ● Torrington Intermediate School (295 East Pearl Road/200 Middle School Drive) ● Southwest School (340 Litchfield Street) ● Vogel Wetmore School (68 Church Street) and the municipal lot on Mason Street ● Salting of driveways, roads, and lots to ensure safety, especially in freezing conditions ● Relocation of snow/ice as determined necessary by Board authorities (costs borne by contractor) ● Addressing frozen runoff issues as needed ● Accommodating regular school hours, delayed openings, early dismissals, and after-hour/weekend events ● All roads/lots must be cleared before school opening times ● Compliance with Board decisions for snow-related scheduling
