The Housing Authority of the City of Hartford is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide asneeded, special project, and after-hours property maintenance services for public housing developments. The selected contractor will be responsible for ensuring that all maintenance tasks are performed efficiently, effectively, and in compliance with all applicable regulations and standards. Assist in ensuring timely and effective maintenance of public housing properties. Address special project needs as they arise. Provide reliable after-hours maintenance services to address emergencies and urgent repairs. Routine maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general repairs. Response to tenant maintenance requests within specified timeframes. Coordination with the Authority to develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
