Specifications include, but are not limited to: Conduct a comprehensive Structural Plan Review of the following documents produced by the Project design team o Final Plans o Working drawings o Specifications o Bid documents o Contract Documents • Areas of focus include but not limited to: o Design loads- live, gravity, lateral, snow, wind, seismic, etc. o Special loads- mechanical equipment, movable wall partitions, elevators, etc. o Structural framing connections and calculations o Soil design, footings, foundations, and retaining walls • Work closely with the Structural Engineer of record to identify any issues requiring revisions or additional review. • Submit comprehensive report on the firm’s letterhead detailing any findings of the threshold limit review to the Town of Farmington and design professional team for necessary revisions/corrections to be made to the project documents.
