Assist the South End Community Center in defining mission, vision, and goals for the next 3-5 years in cooperation with community stakeholders and Town officials. • Lead an inclusive strategic planning process, informed by community conversations, community data, center volunteers, and staff team. • Define goals, objectives, and metrics to help define success for the next 3-5 years for the SECC and assist with rollout strategy. • Work with stakeholders to create reporting tool that allows SECC to better communicate their story to the community. • Conduct a series of meetings with SPTF, Architect, Town officials and boards. • Review previous strategic plans, including branding and communication strategies. • Organize and facilitate meetings to encourage participation and gather insight regarding critical issues and priorities; ensure there is thorough community engagement. • Document findings from public and staff meetings and provide preliminary direction for a strategic plan. • Provide draft strategic plan for review and approval.
