1. Regular Site Patrols: Conduct vehicle and/or foot patrols of the premises to monitor for unauthorized activity, ensure the integrity of site access points, and deter trespassing, vandalism, dumping, or theft. 2. Lighting: Confirm and document that beacon lights and aviation lighting are fully operational during each shift. 3. Overnight and Weekend Coverage: Provide consistent security presence during specified shifts, including overnight hours on weekdays and full coverage on weekends and holidays, in accordance with CRDA’s operational needs. 4. Incident Reporting: Document and report all security-related incidents, suspicious activity, safety hazards, and maintenance concerns to designated CRDA personnel in a timely and professional manner. 5. Visitor and Contractor Monitoring: Observe and record access to the site by any contractors, vendors, or other third parties, ensuring that only authorized individuals are on the premises. 6. Emergency Response: Act as a first point of contact for emergencies on-site, including but not limited to fire, intrusion, or medical incidents, and coordinate with local emergency services when needed. 7. Compliance with Standards: All personnel must meet background screening requirements, maintain proper licensure/certifications, and comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including the State of Connecticut Department of Labor’s Standard Wage requirements. 8. Professional Conduct: Security personnel must perform duties in a professional, courteous, and vigilant manner at all times. CRDA reserves the right to approve personnel assigned to the site and request reassignment when necessary. 9. Reporting and Communication: Maintain daily logs and provide periodic reports to CRDA, including summaries of patrols, incidents, and any notable observations. 10. Equipment and Uniforms: The contractor shall provide all uniforms, radios, communication equipment, transportation (if needed), and any other tools required to carry out the duties described herein.
