Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor shall provide the following Services: I. snow plowing; II. snow blowing; III. hand shoveling; and IV. deicing application(s) of ice melt I. Contractor shall be available twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week to automatically respond to an Event that is expected to deposit any amount of snow including a “dusting” of snow, sleet, freezing rain or other mixture of hazardous accumulation (an “Event”). Contractor shall commence Services without receiving a phone call from the Client Agency, unless otherwise directed in writing by the Client Agency. An Event may last more than twenty-four (24) hours and require the Contractor to return on multiple visits. II. Contractor shall promptly notify the Client Agency by phone when Contractor is mobilizing for Service. Contractor shall provide a time of arrival, unless otherwise directed in writing by the Client Agency.
