Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Mobilize its crews and report to the University's assigned representative on campus within one (1) hour of being contacted for services, with the University reserving the right to back charge the Contractor for tardiness, absent crew members, or missing equipment. Awarded Contractor shall preferably be located within a 25 mile radius. • Plow, shovel, sand, and apply ice melt to all specified surfaces on Campus. Surfaces to be addressed shall include but are not limited to: o The Midtown Campus at 181 White St. as bordered by White St., 5 th Avenue, Osborne St., Roberts Avenue, 9 th Avenue, and 8 1h Avenue. A map of the Midtown Campus can be found within the University's website at www.wcsu.edu/campustour. o University Hall and its parking areas. o The Shipping and Receiving area at 190 White St and parking areas. o Parking areas at Old Main, Haas Library, Newbury Hall, White Hall (51h Avenue side), Fairfield Hall/While Hall, Berkshire Hall driveway, new and old Police Stations, and Boiler house. o Entrances, sidewalks, stairwells, handicap ramps, and steps. o Interior roadways and parking areas, including Dr. James Roach Boulevard, Roberts Avenue, and the access road between University Hall and the White Street Parking Garage leading to 190 White Street. o Parking garages on White St. and 5 th Avenue. o The Westside Campus located at 43 Lake Ave. Extension including all walkways, surface lots, garages, and the boulevard.
