● Plowing includes: 1. 120+/- space parking area, with exits and entrances. 2. Four-space handicap parking area on side of gymnasium. 3. Loading dock area. 4. 500-ft. access road around the back of the building and a turn-around, and parking areas in front of the Central Office building and alongside the access road. 5. The 150-foot roadway and 180-foot by 180-foot bus/van parking area located behind the school building, to the right of the central office building. ● Plowing does not include sidewalks. ● Please include price for sanding the driveway and the bus depot in bid. ● Please include price for replacing and filling 4 sand barrels. Refilling per barrel if needed yearly. ● Bus Depot/Lot opens at 5:00 a.m. Determining snow depth should be done by a contractor in good faith using published third party compiled meteorological data for the school site and surrounding geographical areas. Any concerns can be addressed with the Director of Facilities. Please indicate the equipment you have to plow the school property and remove/relocate the snow if needed.
