Specifications include, but are not limited to: Snow removal services per storm event include the removal of snow, ice and/or sleet, sanding, salting (calcium chloride) and/or de-icing. Return visits shall be considered part of the per storm total snow accumulation for that snow event. 2. Services to include return visits to accommodate the hours of the facility as well as Saturday and Sunday applications of sand or salting. 3. Contractor(s) shall be responsible for the clean and safe condition of snow, ice and/or sleet covered areas including, but not limited to, all driveways, parking areas, passways, walkways, sidewalks (entire width and length), stairs, doorways including fire exits/escapes/fie plugs/hydrants, front and back decks, sheds, ramps, generators, dumpsters, propane tanks and mailbox areas. 4. Contractor shall arrive within 2 hours of first snow fall. Parking lots and sidewalks shall be cleared by 7:00 a.m. if snow has stopped before 5:30 a.m. 5. If snow continues to fall, contractor shall have made a recent pass (5:00 a.m. - 7:00 a.m.) to include all parking lots and sidewalks before 7:00 a.m.
