provide an Operator and a Skid Steer in good working condition for snow removal from the sidewalks, driveways and parking lots, as needed, at Birch Grove Elementary School. The awarded Contractor may utilize additional equipment / help for the driveways and parking lots. The Town of Tolland shall provide fuel for the equipment used for such operations. The selected Contractor Shall be put on notice when snow is expected, and they will have their Operator ready to respond once called. The selected Contractor shall have at least one back up skid steer and at least one backup Operator for the Skid Steer to be considered. Hours when needed may vary, any additional pay for Holidays, weekends or night work shall be reflected on your quote.
